RETURN POLICY
Fresh floral arrangements and resin preservation keepsakes are custom made and therefore are unable to be returned.
PAYMENT METHOD
For Fresh Wedding Florals: Full balance is required a minimum of three weeks before your wedding.
For Floral Preservation: A 50% deposit is required to book your date. The remaining 50% is due when you approve the design mock-up. No designing and pouring will be done until the remaining balance is paid.
DELIVERY/ PICKUP / SHIPPING
I am happy to deliver both fresh floral arrangements and floral preservation keepsakes to Franklin County, Ohio, Fairfield County, Ohio and Licking County, Ohio.
Pickup is available in the Granville/Newark, Ohio area for no charge.
Shipping is available to areas outside of my delivery and pickup area.
