When you schedule a consultation, I will reach out via email to schedule a convenient time for us to meet. I'll asl ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire.
Next, we'll meet via a video call for 45 minutes to discuss your vision.
I will create a proposal for you and email it to you. The proposal will recap what we discussed, include pictures and pricing.
I am happy to make one complimentary revision to the proposal before you purchase your flowers. After purchasing, revisions are unlimited.
After you place your order, I will reach out to review it with you and then we'll establish the delivery time. We'll want to make sure it's before your photographer begins snapping pics, so be sure to know your timeline when we speak. Generally speaking, it's at least 2-3 hours before the guests arrive.
To cancel your order, please notify us in writing with your name, order number, and signature. A full refund is available for cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations more than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available for cancellations 30 days or less before the event.
