What Is the Payment Schedule for My Order?Payment is due at the time of placing your order.

Is It Possible to Modify My Order After Placement?Absolutely! You can make changes or additions to your order if it's more than 30 days before your event date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any modifications 30 days or less before the event.

Will the Price Change If I Change My Order After Placing It?Depends. If you are adding to the order then you will be responsible for paying for the items you added at that time. However, some changes, such as color, will not change the price.

How Far in Advance Should I Place My Order?Please ensure your order is placed and paid for at least 30 days before your event to guarantee availability.

When Will My Flowers Be Delivered?After you place your order, I will reach out to review it with you and then we'll establish the delivery time. We'll want to make sure it's before your photographer begins snapping pics, so be sure to know your timeline when we speak. Generally speaking, it's at least 2-3 hours before the guests arrive.

What Is Your Order Cancellation Policy?To cancel your order, please notify us in writing with your name, order number, and signature. A full refund is available for cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations more than 30 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available for cancellations 30 days or less before the event.

What If I Want a Custom Design Not Shown on Your Website?I pride myself on my versatility and creativity! If you have a specific design in mind that's not featured on my website, please contact me. Can I Schedule a Consultation?Absolutely! I offer full design consultations where I will gather information from you regarding your event and create a proposal based on that information. This includes a 45-minute video call and one free revision prior to purchasing the flower order. The fee is $50 and you will receive a 5% discount or a $50 credit on your order, whichever is GREATER. What Do I Get With a Consultation?When you purchase a consultation, I will reach out via email to schedule a convenient time for us to meet. I'll asl ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire. Next, we'll meet via a video call for 45 minutes to discuss your vision. I will create a proposal for you and email it to you. The proposal will recap what we discussed, include pictures and pricing. The proposal is valid for 7 days, after which, the pricing is not longer valid. The proposal will be discounted by either $50 or 5%, whichever is GREATER to compensate for your consultation fee. I am happy to make one complimentary revision to the proposal before you purchase your flowers. After purchasing, revisions are unlimited.
